The Minister of Housing reveals the rates of implementing a housing project for all Egyptians in the capital's gardens


Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, followed up on the executive position of tens of thousands of housing units being implemented in the "Housing for All Egyptians" project in its various axes, in the city of Gardens of the Capital, as well as many service projects underway and scheduled to be implemented in the city, to provide various services to the population.


The Minister of Housing said: 26,976 housing units with an area of ​​90 square meters (consisting of 3 rooms and a hall), and 2,520 housing units with an area of ​​70 square meters (consisting of two rooms and a hall) are being implemented in the “Housing for All Egyptians” project on the low-income axis, and the implementation rate is close to 90%. Also, 32,088 housing units are being implemented in the "Housing for All Egyptians" project in the low-income axis, and the implementation rate is about 10%.

 

The minister indicated that 47 service projects were planned to be implemented, and a number of them are currently being implemented, and they include (6 basic education schools - 7 nurseries - 6 mosques - 3 health units - a hospital - two bakeries - 11 small commercial markets - a youth center - 5 five-field stadiums - Police station - gas station - regional parking), in addition to making 30 plots of land available for investors.
