The head of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, Mujahid Al-Hail, said that the in attendance meeting of the members of the office represents an important victory for the Arab League over the challenge of the Corona virus, explaining that the joint Arab entity did not give up and continued its meetings virtually during the crisis to protect everyone.

He added, in his speech before the meeting of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, that what is important is the will and victory over everyone who tries to tamper with our lives, our security and our dreams, whether it is the virus or any other enemy, explaining that we have previously recorded our victories over terrorist organizations, whether it is ISIS or Al-Qaeda.

He stressed the need to devote attention to what is attached to media charters that focus on the concepts of belonging to the homeland, maintaining civil peace, not inciting violence and promoting coexistence among all groups of society.

He referred to some issues that need a unified stance, such as the Palestinian issue, stressing the need to stand seriously with the Palestinian people and reject attempts to marginalize them.

He added that this meeting should be invested in line with the decisions of the Arab League and the Council of Arab Information Ministers on intensifying the discussion on the performance of the Arab media in order to reach an agreed agenda regarding important media issues and based directly on the Arab media strategy that reflects the aspirations of member states.
