Units of the Russian Black Sea Fleet follow the movements of a Spanish destroyer



The National Defense Management Center, affiliated to the Russian Defense Ministry, announced that a Spanish destroyer named "Mendez Nunez" had entered the Black Sea basin on Wednesday, noting that the Russian Black Sea Fleet forces were following the movements of this NATO ship.


The Russian National Defense Center said, according to the "Novosti" news agency, that the forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet are following the movements of the Spanish "Mendez Nunez" frigate, which entered the Black Sea basin on March 17th.


It is reported that the forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet had previously monitored the movements of the Spanish "Cristóbal Colon" frigate, which had entered the Black Sea basin before that. The National Defense Management Center announced earlier that the forces and means of the Black Sea Fleet monitored the movements of ships from the core of the organization of the Spanish and Greek navies.
